Kids don’t often ask Prudent questions. However those seemingly imprudent questions are sometimes my greatest source of writing inspiration.
If you are looking for a fictional idea, you might want to talk to a child. Writing inspiration comes from different things, sometimes from our experiences, and other times from conversations with people. But for the most part, the strongest inspirations are from children. Children’s inspiring power is embedded in their curiosity. You might think you have an imaginative ability, until you meet a child who wants you to lift him up until he touched the clouds.
